ModuleFormDescription
MultipleMultipleImplemented a new subitem functionality when generating purchase orders for job items which allows users to view and generate purchase orders for the job items' subitems as well. This functionality can be accessed via a new 'Subitems' column from the 'Generate purchase orders' form when routing job orders through services requiring purchase orders and also on the 'Purchasing&Memos/Purchasing/Required items on orders' form. Using the 'Subitems' button will open up a new form where all of the purchasing order items' subitems are shown. The selection column from this form can be used to specify for which subitems the purchase order(s) should be generated.
ProductionJob ordersMade a functionality change when routing jobs into services requiring a service attribute update such that the 'Service assigned to' value from the 'Service details' forms now defaults to a '--Select--' option instead of the first user from the list. Also fixed an issue when routing job orders through services with an attribute based routing rule which required a service attribute update which prevented the job order from being routed into the correct service if the routing had been initiated via the 'Production/Job orders' form.
MenuMultipleAdded a new global 'Search' bar in the topbar of PIRO Fusion, allowing users to search for specific entities such as item types, customers, vendors, jobs, sales orders, price quotes, purchase orders, outgoing consignments and invoices. The most recent orders are shown first, and only those results are shown that users would be able to access traditionally.
TimekeepingTimekeepingFixed an issue on the 'Work logs' tab of the 'Timekeeping' form which sometimes prevented the 'User' filter from working correctly. Also made changes on the 'My jobs' and 'Manage jobs' tab such that the the 'Jobs' filter can also be applied using the 'Enter' key and added a 'Select' option for dropdown-list type filters so that users can reset these filters.
MultipleMultipleAdded a new 'Range filter step' field on the 'Configuration/Custom attributes/Custom attribute detail' form, visible when the 'Display as range filter' setting is enabled. The 'Range filter step' field is used to specify the incremental steps used on ranged filters between the minimum and maximum values on the 'Inventory/Inventory' form. The 'Min value' and 'Max value' fields have also been made mandatory for custom attributes used as range filters. For selection-list type custom attributes used as range filters, a new 'Range filter size' option has been added where users can specify the size taken up by such filters on the 'Inventory/Inventory' form. The bottom margin for range filters has also been increased on the 'Inventory/Inventory' form such that multiple filters listed under each other are no longer displayed so closely.
SecurityLoginThe Fusion 'Login' form has been redesigned to use a more modern and user friendly layout. Users now also have an easier way to contact support or submit a support ticket via four new support related buttons located at the bottom of the login form.
MultipleMultipleMade the following changes to how confirmation and error messages are displayed when managing job orders, sales orders, price quotes, purchase orders, outgoing consignments and invoices and performing various actions on them: confirmation messages and error messages that do not require further input from users are now displayed in a toast message in the bottom right corner of the screen. Other messages that do require further user input are displayed as before, in a separate message form in the center of the screen.
InventoryInventoryAdded an additional padding space for the left and right side borders of the 'Range type' custom attribute filters on the 'Inventory/Inventory' form when filtering on item groups with range type filters enabled.
Purchasing&MemosReceivingAdded a new functionality on the 'Purchasing&Memos/Receiving/Receipt of goods detail' form such that the 'Price' and 'Retail price' columns of receipt of goods items that have 'Component based' pricing can now be edited manually via the grid, similar to the existing functionality for the 'Cost' column.
