Inventory | Item types | Fixed an issue related to item types created by finishing job orders with the 'Create item type on completion' setting enabled which prevented the generated item types from being invoiceable until edit-saving the item type. Also fixed an issue in such cases which prevented the job order image from carrying over to the generated item type correctly. |
Production | Job order detail | Added a new 'Add finished item to inventory' setting on the 'Job order detail' form used when creating and editing job orders. The new setting can be used to automatically generate incoming inventory movements with the job items and all of their properties (cost, price, attributes, etc.) once the job order becomes Finished. Also added a related 'Add finished item to inventory' admin setting which can be used to specify whether this setting is enabled or disabled by default on the 'Job order detail' form. |
Production | Job order detail | Added a new 'Add item from inventory' button on the 'Job order details' form when adding job items which allows users to add items from the inventory to the job, similar to the existing functionality on sales orders. In such cases the properties of the inventory items (item type, cost, prices, attributes, etc.) carry over to the job order items and the items are automatically subtracted from the inventory. |

Production | Timekeeping monitoring | Added a new 'Timekeeping monitoring' module under the 'Production' menu which can be used to view users' timekeeping records that had been entered via the 'Timekeeping' functionality. The new module contains a grid displaying information related to users' activities and related timekeeping records such as the username, exact start and end time, activity, related job orders and their items, status, etc. The grid may also be filtered based on this information. Activities that have exceeded their durations are displayed in red. Timekeeping records may also be edited using the 'Edit' button - in such case the 'Start time, End time, Activity and Notes' can be changed. |

The values from the 'Cost' and 'Price' columns now also display the currency symbol. The 'Received, Orders and Quantity2' columns now take into account the decimal precisions of the items' item groups. The 'MU' column has been removed. Added a new 'Image' column, displaying the image thumbnail of inventory items. Also changed the default ordering of the columns to 'Item type, Item type SKU, Item SKU, Cost, Price, Location, Quantity to add, Ordered, Received, Image'. |
