Users

Users are the foundation of PIRO Fusion’s security system. The system can be accessed only by logging in with a user. Roles assigned to users allow access to PIRO Fusion’s modules and functionalities.

Logging in requires a valid username and password. Specific restrictions exist while logging in, and these restrictions are related to the security settings which have been set up (user locking, forced password change, password complexity settings, etc).

When a user inserts, edits or deletes data in PIRO Fusion, the database stores and associates the action with the user who performed it. In this manner, the actions related to the data stored in PIRO Fusion and performed by users are trackable.

PIRO Fusion uses a “Single-Sign-On” type of user management, which allows users to access all platforms using the same login credentials in each PIRO Fusion version. The users’ roles, applicable to all PIRO versions, are defined and managed using this tool. It is recommended to create a separate user for each employee who will be using PIRO Fusion. The roles assigned to the users should fall within the employees’ access levels.

Information concerning PIRO Client, PIRO Fusion and PIRO Customer Portal users is stored and may be managed from here.
