When a job is in an Invoicing service, the job order must be invoiced in order to finish the service. The job can be invoiced while in the invoicing service by using the Move button. When the job is routed out from the Invoicing service, the user is given the possibility of generating the invoice. An invoice can be generated either from Job order grid, details form or from the Job service queue.

After selecting Generate invoice, the job may be added to a new or existing invoice. When adding the job to an existing invoice, the invoice can be specified from the dropdown list.
