The buttons under the Invoices grid and details form, enable to perform the following actions on invoices:

Invoices grid – Buttons

1. Refreshing the Invoices grid.
2. Adding a new invoice with Create new button.
3. The Pay button allows applying payments (even in installments). The Pay button becomes enable when an invoice is selected, highlighted in the grid.

There are additional buttons and icons which are available from the invoice’s detail form.

1. The Print action prints standard and customized invoices.
2. The Email it action allows sending emails to customers with attached invoices.

1. The Ship action attaches an invoice to a shipping label.
