For emails that are automatically being generated and sent by the system there are specific data points, such as the recipient’s name, phone number, etc., which need to be defined in order for the e-mails to be customized for the recipient. These data points are called parameters and are defined using the Parameters list.
Associated parameters
Report contents are standard contents that appear on PIRO Fusion’s printable documents (reports), such as the job company logo, contact information, header and footer contents, etc. and have a unique code used to identify the content. These codes can be used as email parameters as well. Report content codes are static codes (hard coded values) with an assigned value, such as the company’s email address, company logo, etc. and will replace the parameter each time the parameter is used.
