Price quotes

1. Route jobs into first step upon conversion: if checked, jobs created from sales order via SO conversion are automatically routed into the first service.

Job item add

1. Show item group filter: if checked, the Item group filter is available when adding job items.
2. Show item group compound name: if checked, a separate field is available when adding job items which specifies the parent group of the job item’s item group (if the job item’s group is a sub group).
3. Copy item type description into item notes: if checked, the item type description is automatically copied into the job item’s notes when adding job items.
4. Focus on Attributes tab when adding job items with attributes: if checked, the Attributes tab is opened by default when adding job items with custom attributes.
5. Show Metal changer if style contains multiple metals: if checked, the metal changer is available even if the style contains multiple metals.
6. Use movement category on add/edit job item: if checked, the movement category can be specified when adding or editing job items.
7. if checked, only the metal subitem with the same labor type as the main item type is added.
8. Do not update metal weight upon changing metal type: if checked, the metal weight is not updated when changing the metal type while adding job items.
9. Show item quantities: if checked, an item quantities grid with information about the item quantity available on stock, manufactured or ordered on POs becomes available when adding job items.
10. Show image selector when adding items with multiple images: if checked, displays the image selector when adding job items having multiple images.
11. Auto-expand newly added inline item: if checked, new subitems added via the inline grid are expanded by default.
12. Show item notes field on subitem add form: if checked, the item notes field is available while adding job item subitems.
13. Show item description field on subitem add form: if checked, the description field is available while adding job item subitems.
