If you ever encounter a problem while using PIRO Fusion, you can send us an error report by moving the cursor above the user on the top right corner and selecting the Error report option.
This action brings up the Error report form, and by filling it in you can report the issue directly to our developers without needing to contact the PIRO Fusion support team. Reported issues will be investigated and fixed in the shortest possible time.
The following fields are available on the Error report form:
- Subject: the subject of the error report. Short and clear subjects representative of the issue are most helpful. e.g. Error encountered on a price quote.
- Message: a small description of the issue and the context in which it occurred. The form you were on, what you were trying to do, what was the last action you took – this type of information is vital for reproducing and fixing the issue.
- Attach: allows attaching an image file with a screenshot. We recommend taking a screenshot of your screen when experiencing an error, as it can contain useful information for uncovering the issue.
After filling in the fields, you can use the Send button to submit the error report.
