Production reports

1. In production report: The list of elements (jobs, casting trees, etc.) currently in production.
2. In production summary report: This report shows the number of active elements in each service.
3. Job duration summary report: Shows the list of jobs (in a certain period) displaying order, due and finish dates, also showing proposed and finish dates and calculates the delay if any.
4. Delayed jobs report: Shows the list of delayed jobs (in a certain period) displaying order, due and finish dates, and the amount of delay.
5. Completed job orders: Displays the list of completed job orders, specifying the main attributes and the completion date of the job order.
6. JO items: Shows the items of the job orders, displaying the main attributes and the parent orders of the items.

Inventory reports

1. Inventory movement list: The list of inventory movements.
2. Inventory movement summary list: Shows the list of inventory movements displaying movement dates, item group, item type and the movement of inventory or metal inventory.
3. Inventory movement summary list by customer: Displays the inventory movements showing the customer as well.
4. Inventory stock summary: Report about the inventory stock (in a certain period).
5. Items in production: The list of item types used currently in production.
6. Metal inventory movement by category: Displays the inventory movements showing the movement category as well, if the movement is assigned to any.
7. Item type list: Report about inventory items.
8. Item type prices: The list of inventory items and its pricing type.
9. Item type prices by customer category: Shows the list of inventory items displaying item group and customer category.

Casting reports

1. Jobs under casting: Shows the jobs currently under casting. Results can be narrowed by date and metal type.
2. Flasks list: The list of flasks in a certain period and/or from a certain metal type.
3. Flasks summary list: Shows a list of the number of flasks used by metal type.
4. Flasks periodical summary list: Shows a list of the number of flasks used by metal type based on a certain period.
5. Non casting jobs: Shows any job in a period that does not include the casting service.
6. Metal usage: Shows the weight (OZ, gram, dwt) of metals used and also the number of flasks in a certain period.
7. Metal loss: Shows the metal loss for metal types within the selected date range.
8. Casting tree list: The list of casting trees.

Joborder reports

1. Joborders list: Shows the list of Job Orders that can be filtered based on multiple criteria.
2. Joborders summary by status report: Displays every Job Order status and the number of Job Orders in each of them.
3. Joborder summary by customer report: The list of customers having Job Orders in a selected period and the count of their orders.
4. Open joborder list: The open job orders’ list can be narrowed by period.
5. Jobs completed: Results can be narrowed by period.
6. Canceled job list: List of all canceled jobs.
7. Canceled job summary: Shows a list of every possible reason of cancelling a job, and shows the number of canceled jobs for each reason.
8. Job order items: Shows a separate list of every item in currently active Job Orders.
9. JOs by priority: Lists the job orders by their priority that is calculated based on the due date and the actual delay of the job order.
10. Rejected job: Shows the list of Job Orders which were rejected.

CRM reports

1. Customer list: Lists all customers.
2. Sales by customers: Summarizes the sales by customers.
3. Sales by customers and reps: Lists job and invoice totals by customer and by sales representative.
4. Active – Non Active customers: Shows the list of active and inactive customers that can be filtered based on multiple criteria.
5. Customer monthly sales: Summary sheet of customers’ monthly sales.

Sales reports

1. Price quote list: List of Price Quotes in a certain period. It can be further filtered by customer, status and job code.
2. Price quote summary by status report: Shows the number of Price Quotes of each status.
3. Price quote summary by customer report: Shows the list of customers and the number of their total and rejected Price Quotes.
4. Job order value: The list of active jobs displaying their metal/service/shipping price and total order value.
5. Job order value summary by customers: Shows the list of customers and the value of their Price Quotes, sales and billed amounts.
6. Sales by items: Summarizes the sales by item groups.
7. Credit memo: The list of credit memos and invoice payments in a certain period.
8. Daily sales summary by metal: Summary sheet of daily sales based on different metal types.
9. Sales summary: Summary of the sales for a period based on the different items and services.
10. Daily Prices: Summary sheet of daily metal prices.
11. Purchase order list: List of Purchase Orders in a certain period. It can be further filtered by customer, status, vendor, item type and PO code.

Invoice reports

1. Invoice list: List of invoices created in a certain period.
2. Invoice details by customer: Shows the list of customers’ invoices. It can be further filtered by invoice due date, customer, customer category, status and payment term.
3. Credit memo list: Lists all credit memos.
