ProductsItem typesAdded a new functionality on the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Subitems' tab such that the subitem information from the 'Name' and 'SKU' columns are now links that can be used to quickly open up the corresponding subitems' item type detail form.
MultipleMultipleAdded a new 'Can view only own logs on Timekeeping Worklog tab' user group role, accessible via 'Security/User groups/Roles'. The role can be used to determine whether or not users can view the worklogs of other users via the 'Timekeeping/Work logs' tab.
ProductsItem typesAdded a new 'Total amount' column on the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Subitems' tab that displays the 'Quantity' * 'Unit amount' value of subitems.
ProductsProduct catalogThe 'Product catalog management' form, accessible via 'Products/Product catalog', has been redesigned and now uses the same updated, more user friendly grid layout found on most other grids. The corresponding 'Product category detail' form when managing product categories has also been similarly redesigned.
ProductionJob ordersAdded a new 'Copy Item SKU in Customer WO# field' admin setting, accessible via 'Administration/Admin settings'. When enabled, the 'Customer WO#' value from the 'Production/Job orders/Job order detail' form will automatically be updated with the item type codes of all of the job order items upon adding, deleting or editing items to a job order.
ProductsItem typesThe 'Item type' field from the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Subitems' tab when adding subitems to item types has been wider so that item types with longer names can fully be displayed.
ProductionJob ordersAdded a new 'Due date' column on the 'Production/Job orders' form, displaying the due date of job orders.
TimekeepingTimekeepingMade a functionality change to the 'Select activity' job card field from the 'Timekeeping' form such that the field is now a simple dropdown field and no longer causes the virtual keyboard to pop up on mobile devices.
SalesSales ordersAdded a new 'Invoice' column on the 'Sales/Sales orders/Items' tab, displaying the invoice code of invoiced sales order items.
TimekeepingTimekeepingMade the following changes on the 'Timekeeping' form: Added a new 'Service' column on the 'Worklog' tab, displaying the job order service from where the activity was initiated. Made a change on the 'Manage jobs/Assigned jobs of user' form so that job orders in 'Finished', 'Closed' or 'Cancelled' status are no longer shown. Also added a new 'Close previously started activity' setting when managing activities via the 'Configuration/Activity types/Activity type detail' form. Starting activities with this option enabled will automatically close any of the user's other previous activities that are still running.
Purchasing&MemosPurchasingAdded a new 'Qty 2' column on the 'Purchasing&Memos/Purchasing/Required items on orders' tab, showing the secondary quantity of job items requiring purchase orders .
ReportsInventory tag reportThe 'Print tag' button from the 'Inventory/Inventory/Inventory history' tab has also been added to the 'Current inventory' tab. This functionality has been made to allow users to also print the 'Inventory tag' report from the 'Current inventory' tab as well.
ConfigurationWorkflowsAdded a new 'Enable reject restrictions' setting when managing workflow services via the 'Configuration/Workflows/Workflow items/Workflow item detail' form which can be used to restrict the services which job orders can be rejected into while they are processing from the current service. The allowed services into which jobs can be rejected can be specified after enabling the setting. When rejecting job orders via the 'Reject job order' form, the 'Reject into' field will only display the services that had been allowed via this functionality.
