SalesInvoicesThe 'Default inventory location' item type setting functionality has now been implemented on invoices as well such that the 'Default inventory location' set up on item types now also carries over to invoice items and the corresponding inventory movements generated by invoices.
MultipleMultipleThe placeholder no-image icons from the 'Production/Job orders', 'Sales/Sales orders', 'Sales/Price quotes', 'Purchasing&Memos/Outgoing consignments', 'Inventory/Inventory history' and 'Production/Job queue' forms have been updated to use a more intuitive 'No image' placeholder.
ProductionJob ordersAdded a new 'Send job to service' column on the 'Production/Job orders' grid, which users can use to select a service that is automatically inserted as the corresponding job order's next service.
InventoryInventoryThe 'Inventory/Current inventory/All items' form has been adjusted such that it now also takes into consideration the inventory grouping settings for each item group specified via 'Products/Item groups/Item group detail/Inventory grouping settings'. Also added a new 'Metal' and 'Attributes' column on the 'Current inventory/All items' form.
CRMMultipleImplemented a new functionality on the 'CRM/Customers' and 'CRM/Vendors' list such that customers and vendors set as inactive will now be highlighted in the grid and display an 'Archived customer/vendor!" message when mouse-overing them.
ProductsItem typesFixed an issue when managing item type subitems via the 'Subitems' button from the 'Subitems' column of the 'Products/Item types' form which caused the 'Item type detail/Subitems' form to open up but prevented the 'Subitems' tab from being editable unless users switched to the 'Main info' tab and then back to the 'Subitems' tab.
SalesInvoicesMade the following changes on the 'Sales/Invoices' form: filtering the 'Invoices' list and opening up an invoice will now save and remember the applied filters when navigating back to the 'Invoices' list. Added a new 'Date from' quickfilter at the top of the grid. Also adjusted the order of the filters from the 'Filters' panel such that they are displayed in the following order: Invoice #, Customer, Date from, Date to, Status, Order code, Job WO#, Invoice WO#, Customer category, Company location.
ProductionTimekeepingAdded a new 'Show only my jobs' function button in the top-right section of the 'Production/Timekeeping' form, which can be used to show only job orders with activities assigned to the user.
ProductsItem typesMade several visual adjusments to the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Subitems' form when managing item type subitems with custom attributes: the subitems' custom attributes are now displayed in a separate section, and the custom attributes' positions have been adjusted to be in the same vertical line as the other fields, such as the cost, price and quantity related fields.
ProductsItem typesFixed an issue when managing item type subitems via the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Subitems' tab which allowed the item type currently being edited to be used as a subitem on itself.
ProductsItem groupsAdded two new 'Track quantity for item types by default' and 'Track location for item types by default' item group settings on the 'Products/Item groups/Item group detail' form, which can be used to determine whether these corresponding item type settings will also be enabled by default on the 'Item type detail' form when creating item types belonging to such item groups. The settings are used to determine whether the item types can be added to the inventory and whether their inventory location is tracked on the inventory. Also made a functionality change when saving item groups such that if any of the 2 settings from above, or the 'Default primary MU', 'Default secondary MU' or 'Allow variants for subitems' settings have been changed on the item group then a new confirmation message will appear, allowing users to either only make the changes on the item group or to apply these changes on all of the item group's existing item types as well.
MenuWhat's newAdded a new 'What's new' module under the main left-side menu, which can be opened by users to view new functionalities and features added to PIRO Fusion. New features which the user has not viewed will be indicated by a red indicator next to the 'What's new' menu, indicating how many new features the users has not viewed.
