Quick addQuick addFixed an issue when creating price quotes via the 'Quick add/Quick add price quotes' form which caused the confirmation message to displaying an incorrect job order code when using the 'Save and convert to JO' button to generate the price quote. Also fixed an issue when using the 'Save & Print' button which caused the printed report tab's header to be generated with an incorrect name.
MultipleMultipleAdded a new 'Add shipping item when OC or OC item is invoiced' admin setting under 'Administration/Admin settings/General settings/Consignment settings'. When enabled, invoicing outgoing consignments will also automatically add a pre-defined shipping item on the invoice. When disabled, this shipping item will not be added to the invoice upon invoicing consignments.
MultipleMultipleAdded the 'Labor type, 'Labor price' and 'Total labor price' columns to the 'Items' grid of the 'Job order detail', 'Sales order detail' and 'Invoice detail' form when managing job orders, sales orders and invoices. The new columns display the order items' labor related information.
ProductionJob ordersFixed a display issue on the 'Production/Job orders/Job order detail/Job order item' form when managing job order items which caused the secondary 'Markup %' related value to be displayed as a negative value instead of '0' for items without secondary markups.
ConfigurationServicesAdded a new "All customer contact person(s)" notification recipient type when managing auto-notifications on service types via 'Configuration/Services/Service type detail/Notifications and Auto-reports'. The new notification recipient can be used to set up auto-emails sent by services to be sent by default to all of the customer's contact persons.
SalesPrice quotesAdded a new functionality when converting price quotes into job orders via 'Sales/Price quotes' such that the Price quote custom attribute values from the 'Price quote detail/Attributes' form will carry over to the job order's custom attributes in setups where the same custom attribute list is assigned to both job orders and price quotes.
MultipleMultipleAdded a new 'Receive parent item with RG' setting on the 'Products/Item types/Item type detail/Misc info' tab, allowing users to assign item types a parent item which will automatically be received and subtracted from the inventory when placing the item types on to receipts of goods (RGs) and placing them into 'Received' status.
SalesInvoicesAdded two new 'Cost' and 'Total cost' columns on the 'Sales/Invoices/Invoice detail' form, displaying the unit cost and total cost of invoice items.
SecurityUsersAdded a new 'Startup module' option on the 'Security/Users/User detail/Misc info' form which can be used to assign a default module that is opened automatically upon logging into PIRO Fusion on a per-user basis.
InventoryInventoryAdded a new 'Item type (multifilter)' text-type filter on the 'Inventory/Inventory' grids, allowing users to filter the inventory based on the item type names. Partial results are also shown when using this filter.
CRMCustomersMade several small design adjustments on the 'General info' tab of the 'Customers/Customer detail' form meant to improve clarity and user experience. Also made a change such that the 'Tax ID' field is now changed to 'ID/Passport number' when adding or managing person-type customers.
SalesSales ordersFixed an issue when editing and saving or deleting sales orders via the 'Sales order detail' form which caused users to be returned to an older version of the 'Sales orders' form if the 'Auto-close JO detail screen on save' admin setting had been enabled. The quick filters from the 'Sales orders/Items' tab have also been made available on the 'Sales orders/Orders' tab.
PurchasingPurchasingAdded a new 'Total cost' column on the 'Purchasing/Purchasing' grid, displaying the 'Total cost' of purchase orders. The 'Value' and 'Total value' columns from the 'Purchasing' and 'Purchase order detail' forms have also been renamed to 'Total price'. Added a new 'Quantity 2' related field on the 'Add/Edit purchase order item' form when managing purchase order items, allowing users to specify the secondary quantity for items with secondary quantities. Also added a related 'Quantity 2' column on the 'Purchase order detail' form, displaying the secondary quantities of purchase order items.
SalesInvoicesFixed an issue when adding item types with a default inventory location to invoices via the 'Scan item' field which prevented the item type's 'Location' from carrying over to the invoice item. Fixed a related issue when adding inventory items with locations to invoices which caused the corresponding inventory movement generated by the invoice to be missing the 'Location'. Also added a validation functionality when scanning item types with inventory locations while the 'Generate inventory movement' option is enabled by default such that the item will only be added to the invoice if there is sufficient item quantity on the inventory within the item type's default inventory location.
MultipleMultipleAdded two new 'Requires issued weight entry on casting tree' and 'Requires returned weight entry on casting tree' service type settings which can be enabled on services used by casting trees via 'Configuration/Services/Service type detail/Routing settings'. When enabled, casting trees processing in such services will require users to specify the issued/returned weight values upon service start or finish upon routing the casting tree, depending on the selected option.
InventoryInventoryAdded two new 'Incoming consignments' and 'Outgoing consignment' tabs on the 'Inventory/Inventory' form, which lists inventory items grouped according to the incoming consignment or outgoing consignment where they had been placed. These tabs also contain an additional 'View history' column which can be used to view the consignment history of these items. The filters from these tabs also include an additional 'Consignments' filter which allows users to filter for inventory items placed on either outgoing on incoming consignments.
CRMCustomersThe 'CRM/Customers/Customer detail' form when managing customers has been expanded with multiple subtabs, allowing users to view various types of orders belonging to the selected customer: The 'Credit cards' tab is now always visible and can be used to manage the customers' credit cards. The 'Orders' tab can be used to view all of the customers' job orders, sales orders, price quotes and consignments. The 'Invoices & Payments' tab can be used to view all of the customers' invoices, credit memos and payments. The 'Email history' tab can be used to view all of the emails and auto-emails sent to the customer. The 'Files' tab shows all of the files uploaded for the customer. The 'Call logs' tab can be used to view and manage call related logs for the customer.
TimekeepingTimekeepingAdded a new 'Timekeeping' module in PIRO Fusion, which can be used by users to view and manage timekeeping logs that had been entered by scanning various activities (for instance check in/check out activities, or job order related activities).
SalesInvoicesImplemented multi-currency functionality for invoices in PIRO Fusion, which also shows prices and balances on the 'Sales/Invoices' and 'Sales/Invoice detail' form in the customers' used currencies in setups with the 'Admin settings/Currency settings/System supports multiple currencies' admin setting enabled. The exchange rate info between the system's primary currency and the customers' used currencies is also shown on the 'Invoice detail' form.
SalesShipping labelsMade an adjustment when opening the 'Sales/Shipping labels' form such that the 'Date from' and 'Date to' filters are now blank and all shipping labels are shown by default.
SalesSales ordersAdded a new 'Attributes' column when adding inventory items to sales orders via the 'Sales/Sales orders/Sales order detail/Add item from inventory' button. The new column shows the attributes of inventory items. Also fixed an issue on this form which prevented the 'Item group' filter and the 'Reset' button from working properly.
SalesInvoicesThe 'Notes/Style#' column from the 'Sales/Invoices/Invoice detail' form is now also editable directly from the grid without having to open invoice items in edit mode.
ConfigurationServicesAdded a new functionality on job services set up with auto-email notifications such that printed job order reports can now also be attached automatically to the auto-email. The attached report can be specified via 'Configuration/Services/Service type - Notifications/Notifications & Auto-reports tab/Add notification/Attach report'. Please note that the new 'Attach report' field is only available if the notification type is 'Email'.
CRMCustomersAdded a new 'Manage markups' button the 'CRM/Customers/Customer detail' form to make it easier for users to manage customer markups.
