Security and user settings

Users are at the base of PIRO Fusion’s security system.

Only specific users with specific rights can manage the system. The roles assigned to users give access to PIRO Fusion’s modules and functions. There are a few restrictions regarding login, which are related to  security settings, e.g. user locking, forced password change, password complexity settings, etc.

Sales reps are special users in PIRO Fusion since they have no access to the system (i.e. technically they are not considered as active users), but they can be assigned to Sales orders and commissions can be calculated based on their sales.
