Production | Job orders | The 'Service assigned to' column on the 'Services' subtab of the 'Production/Job order/Job order detail' form can now be used by users to assign users to services, similar to the 'User assignment' form brought up when routing jobs into services with user assignment. Also added a new 'Retrospective user assignment from Services tab' user group role under 'Security/User groups/User group detail/Roles' tab. When enabled, the 'Service assigned to' column can be used to assign users to services that have already been finished by job orders. |
Production | Job orders | Added a new 'Enable Take in/Take off for Services tab' admin setting under 'Administration/Admin settings/Form settings'. When enabled, two new 'Take in' and 'Take off' columns are made available on the 'Production/Job orders/Job order detail/Services' tab, displaying the total parent job item quantity upon entering and finishing each service. |
Sales | Invoices | Added a new 'Installment payments' tab on the 'Sales/Invoices/Invoice detail' form, allowing users to view and manage installment type invoice payments. This tab is only available when an 'Installments' type payment term is selected on the invoice. Installment payment terms can be set up via 'Configuration/Misc settings/Payment terms'. |
Sales | Price quotes | The 'Sales/Price quotes/Price quote detail' form has been updated to use the new layout and functionality found on other forms, such as the 'Production/Job orders/Job order detail' form. |

Production | Job orders | Added a new validation message when routing job orders through services with auto-email notifications set up to be sent to the job customer's contact person but with a missing email address on the customers's contact person to inform users that the contact person email address is missing. |
Inventory | Inventory | Added a new 'Quantity from' and 'Quantity to' filter on the 'Inventory/Inventory/Current inventory' form, allowing users to filter the current inventory based on a specific available inventory quantity interval. |
Multiple | Multiple | Standardized the text font, text size and text color on multiple list-forms and detail-forms to improve text readability and consistency. |
What's new | What's new | Added a new 'What's new' module under the main left-side menu, which can be opened by users to view new functionalities and features added to PIRO Fusion. New features which the user has not viewed will be indicated by a red indicator next to the 'What's new' menu, indicating how many new features the users has not viewed. |
Multiple | Multiple | Added a new 'Customer representative' field on the 'CRM/Customers/Customer detail/Misc settings' form, which can be used to assign a default customer representative user to customers. Also addded a new 'CSR' field on the 'Sales/Price quotes/Price quote detail' form, which can be used to assign a customer service representative user to price quotes. By default, the default 'Customer representative' from customers will carry over to the 'CSR' field of job orders and price quotes. Converting price quotes into job orders will also carry over the 'CSR' from the price quotes to their job orders. |
